No. Our kitchens use shared preparation areas, equipment, utensils, storage and—in some locations—shared fryers. While our team can explain ingredients and take reasonable care, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of an allergen.
Rice paper and rice vermicelli are generally made from rice and tapioca ingredients, and gluten was not detected in the roll samples tested for the 2019 report. However, marinades, sauces, suppliers and shared preparation can introduce gluten or cross-contact. Please check the exact roll and sauce with the store before ordering.
Some Vietnamese marinades, broths and dipping sauces can contain fish or oyster-derived ingredients. Please tell our team if you require vegetarian or vegan preparation so they can confirm the current recipe and suitable sauce.
Menu availability, suppliers, serving sizes and preparation practices may vary. Seasonal changes and substitutions can also affect ingredients. The store preparing your food is the best source for the most current product information.
The published figures currently available are for selected rice paper rolls and sauces from the supplied 2019 report. Nutrition information for other categories should only be published after the current recipes and serving sizes have been professionally assessed.
Contact your preferred Saigon Summer store before ordering and tell our team the exact allergen or dietary requirement.
